Shipping Policy

  • We only ship to an address within the state of Alabama

  • All shipments will be packaging to protect the product

  • All shipments to be made via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number

Pick Up and Delivery Charges

  • No charge for pick up or delivery in Helena, Pelham and Alaaster, AL

  • Add on $10.00 charge for delivery beyond 30 miles of Helena, AL

  • Add on shipping charges to mail/ship to Alabama address

Pick-Up Dates

  • Pick-up/delivery times are set at the time of ordering

  • We will not be able to reschedule your order for a different pick-up date once the payment has been received

  • If your event date changes, please see the refund policy

  • If you are running late, please email or message us via social media

  • Orders that are not picked up within 1 hour of the set pick-up window or you have not made other arrangements with us, are subject to forfeiture and no refunds will be given
